7. Mobile Messaging
We may send you text messages through two separate channels:
Appointment Reminders (via Square)
If you schedule a session with us, you may receive automated appointment reminders and confirmations through Square, our scheduling platform. These are transactional messages related to your appointments. Square’s privacy policy governs the handling of data through this service.
Marketing Messages (via Mailchimp)
If you opt in to receive marketing texts from us, we may send you promotional messages including event announcements, class offerings, and updates about our services. Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP. You may continue to receive a brief confirmation message after opting out. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect your appointment reminder preferences, which are managed through your Square account settings.
Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
8. Children’s Privacy
We work with clients of all ages. When collecting personal information for or about a minor, we do so through a parent or guardian who is present and consenting on the child’s behalf.
9. Your Marketing Choices
When you sign up to receive our newsletter or marketing messages, we use your personal information to help us decide which products, services and offers may be of interest to you.
