REQUEST A QUICK CHECK

Did something new come up since your last session? When you need additional support between your sessions or have an acute health issue, now you can request a Quick Check! Quick Checks are perfect for protocol updates, symptom changes, or when you need more guidance without scheduling an appointment time or coming into the clinic.

Quick Checks are offered for current clients who have had a session within the past 3 months.

How Quick Checks work:

  • Client completes the digital form requesting Quick Check support.
  • Krista will perform remote muscle testing and respond via email within 48 hours of form submission during regular clinic days (Monday -Thursday).
  • You’ll receive an update to your protocol and/or a voice note with results.
  • All Quick Checks are processed in the order they are received.

BEFORE YOUR NEXT SESSION

  •  Continue following your current protocol
  •  Note any changes in your symptoms or energy levels
  •  Prepare any questions you’d like to discuss
  •  Bring your current supplement bottles
